I started writing this morning and wanted to share with you 101 reasons why I love what I do; training, but decided on sharing my top 7 reasons why an RTO should have a validation workshop. That way I am loving what I do, training, and you are getting valuable advice and tools to implement straight away. So here are the top 7 reasons:

1. You are getting first-hand experience, from an expert, in understanding the Validation requirements for the new Standards 2015. Therefore you are starting early to implement your validation plan and will be able to make appropriate arrangements to meet the standards.
2. Validation of at least 1 piece of participants evidence, providing valuable information on how the assessment evidence meets the training package requirements, and the New Standards.
3. You receive validation tools to assist you within your RTO.
4. The workshop provides changes for your RTO to implement straight away that will benefit the students, and your RTO compliance.
5. A workshop for your RTO is not just about your assessment, it includes your information to support your RTO and being able to provide a quality training and assessment service.
