Should you be consulting your workers, your industry experts or anyone else that is a stakeholder?
Your RTO systems must reflect the actual RTO you have, your target market and how you action tasks.
It is important to learn from one another and make changes where necessary.
So consider how you do this? Will it be through regular meetings, discussions, or however you deem fit?
RTO Tip – review your RTO Systems:
- Are they actually saying what you do?
- Do you need to change what you do?
- Or do you need to update your policies or procedures?
- Have your recorded the improvements as a continuous improvement?
