When preparing to become a registered training organisation (RTO) you need to consider all aspects of resources required to conduct your business activities.
This requirement does not stagnate and as your RTO progresses on its journey again in keeping up with client demands for delivery of training means an RTO has to regularly assess its resources and staff in order to be sure it has the tools and skills to provide quality training.
Resources to be reviewed and considered include, but are not limited to:
- Equipment
- Training rooms
- Training packages
- Staff
- Marketing material and course Information
It is recommended that you develop a list of your RTO resources that are required to conduct your training and assessment. Review this list regularly.
