RTOs who deliver to Early Childhood education will be pleased to hear there is a new National entitiy: ACECQA. It has been formed to oversee important changes to early childhood education and care and school age care in Australia. Education and care plays a vital role in the lives of Australian children and their families and we want the best possible outcomes for our children.
On 1 January 2012, the ‘National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education and Care’ begins. It is being introduced across Australia to help our children have the best possible start. National Quality Framework for Early Childhood Education and Care. They will update providers on the this Framework.
There updates state that ACECQA have a national focus and are working to help the early childhood education and care sector, governments and the community prepare to improve the quality of services.
