Whilst searching through the wealth of information that comes across my desk on the VET sector I found these quizzes that have been developed for Schools, students, jobseekers and Australian Apprenticeships support services. They are an excellent source for literacy and numeracy in RTOs.
The resources are being developed across approximately 20 industries providing industry specific careers information and links as well as the quiz. Questions in the Quizzes are presented in the context of a specific industry sector. Each quiz has been developed with the assistance of industry, TAFE and the secondary school sector as a careers resource.
They are a general resource designed to illustrate some of the key literacy, numeracy and comprehension learning standards required of people attempting an Australian Apprenticeships entry level qualification.
